Alpha 50 Evo

With little experience i gathered until now in sound world and considering your taste as its described partly in main post and also asking price and while i read almost all replies and since you don't search for 8" woofer then i think that Adam T7V, Mackie MR624, JBL 306P, Focal Alpha 65 Evo, Preson

Wasn’t a fan of the cross over point or perceived hole in the mods with the TV8s when I tried them. Ended up with Focal Alpha 50’s which while were a bit more expensive, they have a front port and seemed to not lack any bass extension.

Used to have Yamaha HS5s which were perfect for mixing stuff that will mostly be listened to on portable devices/headphones because they have nice midrange detail. I have the Focal Alpha 50 Evo now which have better low end and feel more balanced overall. Just make sure they are placed level with yo

I’d personally look for studio monitors, whether front ported or sealed. Most have controls on the back to trim/boost the HF and LF as well, which can be really helpful in compromised spaces. I have, and can recommend, Focal Alpha 50 Evo’s, which I’m using pretty close to a wall with my desktop PC s
