Standing desk recomendo a marca Flexispot. No meu caso mandei vir a E6 na Amazon e estou extremamente satisfeito. Cadeira depende do quanto quiseres investir. Mas a MARKUS ou a JARVFJALLET do IKEA são boas opçoes.

It is a flexispot desk but flexispot sells different models from their website on Amazon. I purchased an E6 on Amazon & they don’t sell that on their site. They will still stand behind the Amazon Flexispot product & it will still have a warranty/customer service support if needed.

FLEXISPOT E6 ranges from 23.6" (kid) - 48.8" (extra tall). Currently on my own wishlist since I'm a shorty @ 5'1". Looks like there are different color options.

Flexispot is the best budget brand there is while still being good quality & good customer service. They have the best budget options in pretty much every style/weight capacity desk. You could also checkout the E6/E5 on Amazon.
