Standing desk recomendo a marca Flexispot. No meu caso mandei vir a E6 na Amazon e estou extremamente satisfeito. Cadeira depende do quanto quiseres investir. Mas a MARKUS ou a JARVFJALLET do IKEA são boas opçoes.

The flexispot E6 is 71x30, solid wood top, holds 220lbs, 3 stage and is about 429.99, If you spend a bit more you could get a E6 max. It hold 330lbs has a same stages and comes with wheels and cable management

While my laptop, chair, and more are causing problems, at least my Flexispot E6 has never given me any trouble in over 5 years

FOLLOW UP: Decided to go with FlexiSpot E6 Bamboo 3-Stage Dual Motor 72 x 30 Electric Standing Desk and it’s been super solid so far. The size works great and it feels really sturdy even with everything on it.

Flexispot E6, got it on Amazon when it was on sale. Solid desk, definitely much better stuff out there, Was a pain to put together at certain points.

If you can I’d recommend going for either bamboo or rubberwood tops. I used chipwood for years and it just feels way too cheap to me, although I can’t comment on flexispot’s offering for it.
