I haven’t had any issues with the 5M pro’s software, I would recommend downloading OrcaFlashforge for the slicer since it is optimized, and the only thing that will get to be annoying is that it will constantly log you out of your account. The mobile and pc ui for the flash forge app sucks and is re

I've had the AD5M Pro for a few months now and have had great luck with it until this recent FW upgrade to 3.2.7. Ever since this upgrade rolled out, I have guaranteed network connection failures to the printer on the first "print plate" attempt. It sometimes takes as many as 3 or 4 attempts to get

I reached out to FF Support looking for some announcement or additional details on the new software and firmware releases. I asked to receive the update files, or be in on the beta group, and explained some users were in a broken state because only one of their devices/softwares updated. The respons

I'm a big fan of the Kobra S1, even though there have been a few bumps along the way (95% self inflicted). However, the one thing I've always felt the S1 did well, better than anyone actually, was the WiFi/network connection. I have 2 S1 combos, a Bambu P1S combo, and one each of the 3 FlashForge AD

I ended up dropping X-Forge onto my printer, having access to Fluidd has been nice. I still have the dreaded MCU shutdown happening, and the G-Code corruption continues to be an issue. Overall while I appreciate the mods, I think I am going to still be looking into replacing the mainboard, or at lea

I have the FlashForge AD5M and the Elegoo Centauri Carbon. I would buy the CC over the AD5M every single time. The bigger build volume is one, and the primary one, it matches the Bambulab X1C so a lot more prints are possible that are designed for that build volume, the other is that with the CC I h

I came from FlashForge AD5M to a P2S (still have 2 5Ms) and the supports all but fall off my P2S. I am so accustomed to fighting to remove supports, destroying prints because of supports, have rough surfaces because of supports. On the P2S, it just works.

I have been reading a lot about these machines and after another user suggested it, flashed Forge X onto printer. The AD5M/X have memory issues and, even with USB loading, will miss packets in the .stl file due to an MCU failure that goes unnoticed. That's one of the biggest issues from what I've re

Sadly I print on a Flash Forge AD5M Pro, but I do use orca slicer which IIRC is nearly the same as Bambu's?
