Switching to Fitbit air
I sold my helio and whoop recently. Kept the fitb it air as I feel like I would prefer something that’s light and comfortable on my hand rather than those stuffs. I would say it’s not that much difference in readings between helio and fitbit air in my experience

Question about Fitbit Air
It's probably not going to be a lot of difference. If you like having a screen, keep the Inspire 3. If you don't mind not having a screen, then the Fitbit Air would be fine. In my case, I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 I bought primarily for sleep tracking, only it turned out that it just isn't that comfor
