If this is the HM65T then it actually drops down to a little more than 100 lumens after 1 hour. You'll never ever see this said in a trail running video review on Youtube, they're also part of the problem. I've mentioned this a few times in the subreddit but people seem to want to defend the headtor

This a great post - I do disagree with a few points: a) I don't think 150 lumens will be enough for a lot of people. For me, I prefer 300-400 lumens as a 54 year old guy who wears glasses.
