Tracking rings for bbt
I use the Oura ring. I’m unfamiliar with the others. If you want something just for BBT and want to save some cash, go with the femometer. If you also like the additional insights Oura gives like sleep monitoring, exercise, and other things, invest in the Oura ring. I personally really like mine and

Best health rings for tracking fertility
I have a femometer ring too and it is sooo frustrating. I have had it for about a year and I have only had 3 or 4 cycles where it synced consistently thor the whole cycle. It is cheaper than some alternatives but by no means is it cheep and for all the hassle... not worth it IMO

Ovulationstracking - Tipps & Empfehlungen

Am I overthinking temping? How does everyone ensure consistency on this?
Oura ring is pretty pricy and on top of that you have to pay every month. For me, it is just not worth it. I just temp whenever I am fully awake (usually 8:30 +/- 1 hour). Also, I don't temp the whole cycle but only around half of an cycle. This is enough to confirm ovulation. I can recommend the Fe

Best Ring For Menstrual Tracking?
I got the Femometer G1 2 weeks ago and I really like it so far. I was looking for a ring for the same reason. I like that I only have to wear it at night and it seems accurate so far. The company makes the tempdrop band and other bbt products so this makes me trust it a bit more. I heard Oura does n

Worried about my temps
Hey love. Fellow PCOS girlie over here. I know nothing about TTC, but I will say that the ONLY thing that helps me keep track of my cycle (or know where I am in my cycle) is temping. I know how exhausting it is, and I cannot imagine the additional stress/anxiety around TTC on top of PCOS, but I do t

Confusion About BBT Tracking
I have to say that buying a $120 Femometer ring has changed my life: https://www.femometer.com/Femometer-smart-ring-for-ovulation-period-and-sleep-tracking It's not quite as precise as mouth but I've only noticed fractional changes (like 0.1 of a decimal point) since changing, and you can still foll

What method do you use for BBT measuring? (TMI)
I use a Femometer ring. I couldn’t do a thermometer because they all beep and my husband is such a light sleeper. I also have interrupted sleep a lot, so the ring works for me, and I didn’t need to invest in a full oura ring since I’m happy with my Apple Watch

Need some education on BBT tracking!
I love my Femometer ring. My tips are: make sure you sleep enough hours. It does affect your temp a LOT if your sleep is as shitty as mine is haha. Mine has a lot of fluctuations over the last few months but I am working on it and so far this cycle has been a lot better since I am making a conscious

Is premom the worst?
I eventually shifted from premom to Femometer (I had bought a ring so was tracking temp in it already anyway), it's pretty much the same interface for reading the LH strips but premom just irked me so much. It felt like an app designed by people who would never use it themselves.
