Upgrade advice: Fellow Opus + Flair Pro 2 owner — better grinder or Flair 58 Plus 2?
As someone who has had both the fellow opus and the the Flair 58, I would say that from equality of espresso perspective definitely upgrade the grinder first, I upgraded my grinder and got much better results both in the workflow and in the flavor department, I still have my Flair Pro 2, if I did es

To me, it's an awfully mediocre conical that does nothing particularly well other than texture and there are other grinders, both flat and conical, that do better texture. I get better shots out of a Var
