Absolutely do not get a Fellow Opus. Gen 2 will be out in a month or so and I'd eat my wallet if it's not a substantially better grinder on basically every level. Also keep an eye out on the used market for an Ode gen 2. Got mine for 225 and I've seen some as low as 200. The Femobook A2 seems to be

Baratza Encore for a £100 mark. Fellow Ode Gen 2 can be had for about £200-£250 (I got mine for £200 on sale). Gen 1 probably closer to £150 so can be considered. I moved from Baratza to Fellow, and I could not recommend it more.

The Ode Gen 2 is great for pour over. And you can upgrade the burrs if you like. It pairs well with the Aiden precision brewer, which is better at pour over than I am.
