Get a Moccamaster ,this type with the manual-adjust stop on the KBT’s brew basket allows you to control the brewing speed or stop it entirely as it flows into the carafe. If you are on a budget, I would get the OXONConical Burr Coffee Grinder or the fellow ode gen 2 grinder.
