After the truly abysmal support I got when I bought a fellow ode Gen 2 and the ionizer did not work, I wouldn’t buy another product from them… your story doesn’t surprise me in the slightest.

Just about every single Fellow product I have purchased has failed in 1 way or another.. Atmos canisters, multiple Carter slide lid mugs, Stagg kettles, etc.. The only product that hasn't failed yet is the Ode gen 2.. Great ideas, poor build quality.

got both, if you are looking for well blended and sweet brews use the fellow ode gen 2 burrs. and if you are looking for a high clarity, flavor separation use the zp6. i use both for all coffee process.

Neither can the fellow ode gen 2, both grinders are meant for manual brewing

Yes a Commandante is still a great choice in 2026. Produces a nice profile that is a great mix between body and clarity, a bit more biased to bo

Best coffee grinder depends on the intended usage. Some say it could be the Weber SG1 but most would say it's a bit retro. More seriously, there's nothing wrong with Baratza. For beginners a Baratza Encore is affordable and does a great job for filter coffee. Next step up for filter is Fellow Ode ge

DF64, but give it better burrs and align them. I am very versed in the Ode Gen 2 and I leaned to hate it's terrible build quality. FYI, I went from Ode Gen 2 to a Timemore Sculptor 064S. It has done very well in espresso and French press, AeroPress, OXO RB, and in the Fellow Aiden. If you are in New

Chemex for 20 years is awesome, that’s commitment. I’m actually not on a 1Zpresso yet, I’ve just been running a Fellow Ode gen 2 for now. It doesn’t get fine enough for espresso so I’m in the market for an upgrade. I’ve been slowly getting more into the whole dialing in side of things though, especi
