It's happening all across the country at the same time. Try a Tor browser or a VPN. If you do use VPN try setting the location to Germany. I am using ExpressVPN. Good luck!

US Phone number & VPN
I use ExpressVPN - it lets me appear to be in the US and also allows me to appear to be in the Philippines for the times I need to look like I am there. I also use Google voice - but I am grandfathered in at my bank and they won’t accept those numbers any more.

VPNS for ISU YouTube channel?
ExpressVPN and CBC Gem (or just the CBC website) works. Free trials through many YouTubers But I just use Opera browser with the VPN set to Europe (defaults to Netherlands). My YouTube is logged in and I can download videos to watch offline
