I have the Eureka Mignon Zero 65. It's built like a tank, is surprisingly quiet, and makes nice espresso. I haven't seen any reason to complain about build quality yet. CF64V is probably currently the best value grinder at $400 USD with a 400w brushless motor, variable rpm, vertically mounted 64mm flat burrs, and all the static and retention reducing features. I just got a Eureka Mignon Zero 65 AP and am very pleased with the consistency and retention. No issues with static either that I can tell. It's a bit more than ur budget at $500+tax.

Quite a big different in price in Canada between the Eureka Mignon zero 65 AP and the DF5. I’ve been looking at reviews of the Eureka Mignon zero 55s, and it seems like people are advising the Aro dial and Aro bellows upgrade, with these upgrades it seems nice, but that would still mean probably 150
