Probably the best budget setup you can buy. If you were going to increase the budget a bit I would highly recommend the Eureka Mignon Notte grinder at $300.

Your OXO grinder is going to be the bottleneck here, more than the machine as you start to scale up. I suggest you spend ~$350 on a grinder & <$50 on a scale. Not sure about your region specifically, but in many you can get a eureka mignon notte in this price range. This will have the biggest impact. After that, you'll want to get a real tamper, but you don't have to spend too much on this.

What roast level do you have? And for what grind setting? Do you spritz your dose before you throw it in the grinder?
