I did a thing! And I’m so glad I did it.
I’ve used a mignon zero (same burrs as the specialita but remove the timer and add a bellows) and an atom 75w (probably similar to the atom 65 but hard to be sure how burrs change across sizes). The grounds come out way faster and fluffier from the w75, but the retention is much higher even before h
