I would reject both of your options. Libra ... in theory should allow you to switch between settings easily. I don't agree with your theory. Switching any hopper grinder between grind settings is problematical. You need to purge the grinder to get rid of the retained grinds from the previous setting

Does anyone have a Eureka Atom Excellent 65 or W65 with mini hopper?
interesting, in a commercial setting I could see it failing without a doubt. But none of the other issues have shown up, I clean it semi regularly and never see a ton of build up inside. I’ve used a mignon zero (same burrs as the specialita but remove the timer and add a bellows) and an atom 75w (probably similar to the atom 65 but hard to be sure how burrs change across sizes). I have an Eureka Libra, would a Philos really would make me feel the difference?
The Libra and atom are using really old chamber design from like 10 years ago. I had 2 eureka mignon and returned both, horrible retention and it clogged 9 out of 10 times and it's a pain in the ass to do a deep clean
