Got a GS3 now I need a grinder
I know you didn’t list it, but the Eureka Atom W75 is a great GBW grinder, as well as the W65. Like you said, the only real difference is going to be retention and burr size. Do you really need GBW? How many shots/day are you anticipating?

Espresso machine coffee cart advice needed
Bezerra Duo De and 2 Eureka Atom w75. It’s within your budget, is entry level commercial quality, will give you GBW plus volumetric programming and both are built like tanks. Perfect for a cart or small shop.

Grinder for the Micra
Do you want to faff with single dose? Or batch? I prefer the latter and have a Eureka Atom W 75 and a Lucca Atom 75. Love them both.
