the velvet think is actually more like a lipstick but it does leave tint! leave the tint for sometime on your lips though, as it is not like etude’s water tint, it won’t transfer instantly, keep it for sometime and you’ll get a good tint!

I use the etude house dear darling water tint, in the darkest red shade, but it dries very fast so it has to be blended quickly.
