I currently use the Epomaker RT100 with the silent switches, its really nice, full sized with a nice screen and a volume knob

if you are typing all day just get a keychron k10 or the epomaker rt100 if you want that retro look with a full numpad. mechanical switches save your fingers from fatigue compared to cheap membrane boards lol. if you hate clicky noises just swap in some silent red switches and you are good to go fr.
