you need blackhole or loopback to route audio on mac, obs virtual cam only does video by default. i had same issue when streaming with my emeet c960, had to setup blackhole as audio input then add it to obs sources

Oh, can get a old phone tho, it's bit expensive for me. Maybe I'd get the emeet c960 2k cam
