I am 99% sure this is the problem. I have a M5U and it does not like to print when in the garage during cold temps. I got the Elegoo heater and it helped a lot but I agree a Brewers belt would do the same for cheaper. Or moved inside.

First resin printer
I started with an original Mars and fairly recently upgraded to the M5U. It died in 2 weeks (wouldn't turn on) and I was able to exchange it at the retailer I got it from.
