Honestly you are probably missing something basic. Mars 4 is a pretty noob friendly system. I one time was trying to force failed print troubleshooting another printer and the dang little thing would just keep outputting prints in conditions that would have failed any other printer. contact elegoo , they should send you a new plate :) Or worst case, replacement plates for the mars 4 dont cost much. (btw, mars 4 is not compatible with AA. dont try it, you will get failed prints. Just trying to save you resin :) )
