The Saturn 3 Ultra has worse UV uniformity, can have casting issues that prevent you from fully leveling, and comes with ACF release film as standard. Hello, fellow hater of new machines from Elegoo. Elegoo overall not bad. Just those ''new gen'' with bunch of useless features and bugged tech - bad. Saturn 3 \ ultra. Mars 4 ultra. Hell, even old Mars 3 and Saturn 2 = great machines.

I recently got a Mars 4 Ultra and also have similar heating issues. I attempted to use a space heater near it but still had issues. Although I did get a partial print. I am also considering getting an elegoo mini printer. I read one issue is that it doesn't use a USB port but a power cord.

The FEP you can probably get some other generic resin printer film and use that, but getting a replacement screen doesn't really make much sense IMO. You might be able to reach out to elegoo support and see if they have any any left but usually screens are only available for around 3 years post laun
