Resin printer ~200€

I see that a Elegoo Mars 5 is 160€, and Saturn 4 is 280€. The Mars is basically a smaller version (ie smaller build plate). Both are pretty good deals. But please note that you need to get a lot of equipment besides the printer, both for safety and post processing. You are not getting away with ~200

My favorite reviews <3 I love my customers!

Thanks! I’m using a Elegoo Saturn 4 ultra. That model using a different type of FEP film that helps to blend out layer lines. I also set the layer height really low. My print times are outrageous for the size but I have two Saturns so that makes up for it. If you’re completely new to 3D printing, I

Best entry level resin 3d printer for minis

Elegoo Saturn 3 \ Saturn 3 ultra if you need smth bigger. Elegoo mars 4 ultra if small one. All 3 are good budget printers. Good resin for minis - Anycubic abs-like pro 2. Durable, tough, pretty cheap

Question about 3d printers

Elegoo Mars series, if a small build volume is not a limitation, Saturn if it is.

My recently made Miyabi figure

I have an Elegoo Mars 4 max 6k. I love this printer, beucase the biggest one I made with 40 parts, took only 6 or so plates, and this one did take only 3-4 maybe. It is pretty much as it came out, I kustsanded and filled the support marks where it needed, but those are mostly on undersides and on th

Source for old models from the 80s?

In addition to what unprofesionalbee said, you might SERIOUSLY want to look at a small resin 3D printer. Something along the lines of an Elegoo Mars 4-5 (I think 5 is the most current, but a previous model will do the work just fine and be cheaper). There's a learning curve, but here the kicker- all

I did a thing......

Yeah, I would be just making them for myself. I have a 3d scanner. I've learned an Elegoo Mars 4 or an Anycubic Photon will hit the mark without the FDA cert price tag. And 'bio' resin is affordable for my use. I wonder if I could make some choppers that had semi transparent teeth that can flicker c

Best 3D resin printer to get start?

Resin is a wet process. It's not like fdm where it sits on your desk and smells a little bit. It's nasty chemicals that will get on things. You need to create a printing room rather than on the end of a bench in the corner, with ith PPE and ventilation and all that. Resin will get on surfaces and to

3D Printer

If you want high detail parts, you'll pretty much have to go resin. The resin itself is toxic and has carcinogenic fumes. You absolutely need good ventilation to run it. I run my resin printer in my basement in an enclosure and vent it out the well through the window. The important thing is that the
