Heavy adjustable dumbbells

It’s literally only the Pepin’s or Ironmasters. Maybe Eisenlinks? You’re too strong bro, gotta pay to play

Adjustable dumbbells. An experienced users opinion.

First your comments and posts are or not public, the account is just 6m old and this is like the 10th post this week on dumbbells and it’s look strangely like marketing schemes. Anyway given half the dudes here are posting 6 post 3x3 racks space is not an issue for a large amount of the posters. , b

Adjustable dumbbells past 50lbs

I've had the Eisenlinks for half a year, and they are a solid choice. The weight changes really aren't that big of a deal, except for drop sets. That's the one area where they are not the right choice. They are basically indestructible, so you can be worry free if you find a cheap pair on Facebook m

What Gym Equipment should I buy to start some work outs at home?

Adjustable dumbbells are the way to go imo. You can do just about any movement with them and target every major muscle group in your body, and if you get ones that go heavy enough, you can get plenty of stimulus for all your muscles. Add a weighted vest, belt, or even backpack with stuff in it and y

Adjustable Dumbbells that are worth the price

Eisenlinks are cheap and very good (although slower to change loads). Another good set of dumbbells that are cheap and don’t require max loads are the Nordic track option, no cages and fast switching but max out at around 50lbs.

Adjustable dumbbells. An experienced users opinion.

Eisenlink (stole the design) but fixes the issue of the Ironmasters. If you've not tried them they are cheaper and faster than the Ironmasters (though the plates are slightly bigger). Version 2 (handles are 2.5lbs lighter and they've added 1.25lbs change plates to make up for it) was just announced

Adjustable dumbbells past 50lbs

I bought a pair of the 80 lbs eisenlinks on Temu for $340 (including taxes, free shipping) during a sale period which they do often. You really can’t beat that for as much weight as you’re getting and the decent quality that they are. I think they’re a good option

Finally building a home gym. What’s the one piece you’d buy again without hesitation?

Start with a rack. Preferably one with 3x3 uprights and 1 inch holes. Id go with rep or rogue. I got the rep pr-5000 They're overbuilt, but theyll outlast you. Plus they hold value pretty well of you sell them later. Im also in tech. I recently built my pc with future proofing being the goal. Use th

Alibaba Eisenlink Clone Adjustable Dumbbells

They're actually Eisenlink without the name. I got mine for a steal off of Temu. They're branded Eisenlink for half the price.
