Eisenlinks are cheap and very good (although slower to change loads). Another good set of dumbbells that are cheap and don’t require max loads are the Nordic track option, no cages and fast switching but max out at around 50lbs.

Eisenlink (stole the design) but fixes the issue of the Ironmasters. If you've not tried them they are cheaper and faster than the Ironmasters (though the plates are slightly bigger).
