So... ISP provided devices (like the Spectrum wifi router) are not the best. When you switch to a third-party solution (like Eero), you will get better results. Do not invest in extenders. It was set in bridge mode by the tech installing it. Otherwise no the gigahub auto negotiated to 10G on the switch right away (unmanaged switch) and my network equipment (eero pro 7) needed a power cycle to negotiate to 5G from 2.5.
