Would you buy Google Nest Pro 6e again?
Works great here and had the best 2.4 ghz performance for my 90 iots. And I tried Eero max 7, Deco BE9000 or whatever the top model and the top Asus zen mesh wifi. Reliability has been great. That being said, the other top models have much better 5/6 ghz performance, but honestly 300 mbps is fine for

Question on what internet speed to get and price?
All depends on your usage. Some people run their network like a mini business IT setup and for that you want your own equipment after the ont. For the average person that just wants to stream netflix and play some video games the eero works just fine. As for the extenders I won't tell you what to do

Looking for a change
You can't go far wrong with Zen. Excellent customer service and when I had an issue with my connection it was sorted quickly. They may seem expensive but no mid contract price rises. You end paying more on every other provider eventually. I'm on there 2.3gbps symmetrical connection from freedom fibr

Do not underestimate Wifi 7. Simply amazed.
I agree. Upgraded my router from an Eero Pro 6 to an Eero Max 7 and the connection has been great on my Portal. Don’t understand why you received a bunch of downvotes but that just goes to show a lot of people are sheep and uneducated 🤣

Cloud Gateway Fiber
I use a CGF with a pair of Eero Max 7 in bridge mode, does exactly what I want it to. The CGF manages the network and handles my dual ISP, and the eeros handle the WiFi (and still allows for the Mesh set up). The only reason I did this is because my ISP gave me the Eeros, otherwise I would have pick

HIgh latency in games
I have eero, but I bought consumer 3 pack of the eero max 7. The frontier provided one was trash. That said, don’t know much about the diagnostic capability of these. Only know they finally game my house stable connectivity for iot devices and the like.

Is the UDR7 as bad as people say it is?
I didn't, my fiber company provided me with two Eero Max 7's and I've been incredibly happy with their speed, coverage, and reliability thus far. The nerd in me of course would love more control, but these just work and I've found workarounds for all my internal stuff I wanted to control. Sorry to h

I just got my router and ran speed test and am getting ~540mb/s download but only ~2mb/s upload. Is that typical?
Which router do you currently have? I got an eero max 7 off eBay for $200 and it’s been fine

Constantly having to reboot Orbi
I really like my Eero Max 7 setup and have previously used the original Orbi systems. I certainly can say the Eero's rub is limited settings as things are behind a paywall. That said, I have not needed any of those settings and will likely pivot to a different edge appliance with the Eero's in bridg
