I don't care how much it costs, what is the best wifi in 2025

It’s very unclear what your problem is. The most important question: If you’re hardwired to your Ethernet jack (where the internet in the house comes in), is the internet reliable? If no, investigate different providers. Sonic or MonkeyBrains are probably the best in SF, if they’re available to you.

10/10 Gbps from an ISP that's cheaper than Comcast 300/25 Mbps

I think this is pretty accurate. If you rent a router from them, their first option is the Eero 6 which doesn’t even have Wi-Fi 6E. I had a long chat with their technical support while we were troubleshooting some initial issues and they said did 10 Gbe because they wanted to future proof their infr

Helpppp young stupid girl😅

Unplug the cord from the blue port in your modem in the picture and plug it into the WAN port on your eero6+ Download the eero app and once the eero has had 10-15 minutes to turn on with the cord in the WAN port set it up using on screen instruction in your app. Turn the other one (in the picture) o

A week with latest Nakamichi ShockWafe Wireless 11.2.6

I got my shockwafe 11.2.6 last week too. It was at my door two days after i ordered it! I had to do some reinforcing to my floating wall unit and move out the old components first, so i didn't do anything but a sound check with the pre-loaded stuff on the bar. Sounded impressive. The delay in gettin

NBN Price Comparison 2025: How Costs Stack Up Across Every Speed Tier

You can currently get a crazy cheap deal on their 100/20 plan. $65 a month for 12 months plus $100 credit when you stay until September, and a free eero 6+ router (router only free if you stay for 12 months). I can't resist trying them because it's so cheap, but no idea how it'll turn out.

Pods/extenders/mesh - NEED HIGH SPEED

Don’t waste time with the pods. Invest in a mesh system. Eero or orbi. WiFi 6, 6+, 6e, or 7. 6e and 7 will give you 6g, 5g, and 2.4g. 6 and 6+ only give 2.4 and 5. All will get you a Gig. Don’t shove them in corners of the house. Spread them out but in more centralized location.

Brand New BeoSound Level Terrible Quality

Yes the problem is the fios router, switch it with a Eero 7 or Ubiquity dream router 7 and voilà, you’ll see how everything will work perfectly. Eero 6 works too, I had your same problem, the router the internet provider gives you is basically trash.

Help with NBN Switch/Melbourne

Your son who games will not be happy with WiFi, he'll need to be connected by Ethernet to be happy. I'd suggest Leaptel an eero 6+ 2 pack and a cheap 1 gbps ethernet switch. Ethernet switch will most likely cheaper bought online along with some short ethernet cables. Connect Eero 6+ into NBN NTU wit

WATERCOOLERWEDNESDAY

I learned a lot about home networking in the last 24 hours lol. I blindly assumed that the Verizon router provided for my FiOS service was inferior to my Eero. Turns out the router sitting in my basement for 18 months was WiFi 6 enabled and my Eero was Wifi 5. So I set up the Verizon router and the

Would you recommend Cloud Gateway Ultra for a newbie with networking needs?

I'm about to transition from a Eero6 mesh system to the Ultra paired with 2 6 Pro APs, one on each floor. We have a growing smart home ecosystem and it's become too much for the Eero to keep up with. I've never had anything close to commercial grade equipment but it seems like a great platform for b
