Good beginner setup?

Yes and no.The stand is overpriced because the Ikea Kallax exists. The LPW70 is a good player but there's LOADS of issues with it. I'd look at the AT-LP3x or AT-LPW40x. Those appear more reliable. You can also look at the U-Turn orbit. Definitely a little bump up as well. The speakers are a good choic

Anong magandang monitor speaker na affordable o China brand? Yung mura pero sulit kasi okay pa rin ang quality.

I agree sa Edifier. Magandang brand talaga iyan ng anything connected to sounds. EDIFIER R19BT: This one's wireless 2 pieces speaker for PC. Mas okay wireless para di na magsabit-sabit. Built in soundcard na you can plug sa PC for easy connect. Sounds also really good. EDIFIER MR3: multiple inputs n

Studio monitors emitting a very noticeable white noise when powered on, please help!!

Edifiers MR4 maybe? They have balanced inputs so theoretically if the source of noise is your PC then you can add an USB interface to fix that.

The Dad Station

These are known to be quite good speakers right? I have Kanto’s SUB8 (recent holiday gift) but found out, upsettingly so, that my existing Edifier MR4 speakers don’t have a sub-out! So it’s just in a box collecting dust right now. I figure the Kanto + Kanto integration won’t be so bad eh?

Happy sunday! Ano nilaro niyo ng weekend?

MR4 from edifier, been using it since 2023. Good bass while still having good clarity. Buong buo yung tunog niya, its loud enough to fill my room but it doesnt have bluetooth, so if you need bluetooth theres the MR3 as well.

My endgame setup.

I actually just picked up the SUB8 for Christmas. Unfortunately it’s still in the box collecting dust because my Edifier MR4’s don’t have a sub-out port. I am looking into the Kanto ORA4 speakers as a replacement. I’m not sure yet. I actually want to start messing with Logic Peo music production and

Help, first speakers $150 budget

the edifier mr4 you mentioned are powered so you just plug them into the wall and your phone - no amp needed. for rap and marked bass in a small room, i'd stretch slightly to the edifier r1280dbs or r1700bts. they have more low end punch and still under $150 if you catch them on sale. the mr4 are mo

Besides those all-in-on players like Crosley, Victrola, can you actually go wrong buying a turntable?

Yea good advice. I liked the U-Turn Orbit site because they talk about different cartridges and sounds. Whole setup of player, amp, speakers is expensive tho. So I’m deal hunting. I got a Kanto SUB8 subwoofer for Christmas today so I have part of my setup ready to go. Unfortunately my speakers (repu

help

A preamp is optional, an amp is never optional :).So you either need speakers with a built in amp, or an amp with speakers. My two cents; grab a pair of Edifier MR4. But it also works with any bluetooth speaker, of course.
