I've had my omni x11 for 3 months now, and it does a good job (I really like the bagless dust container and mopping function), but the app is super frustrating to use. Are there plans to update the app to make it friendlier?
My Ecovacs Deebot Omni was fine for 15 months. Then, they did a mandatory firmware update. That was the last day it worked. I have done every single thing suggested on the website. Nothing works. Why Pa specs are misleading - my 2,000 Pa S5 outcleans my 22,000 Pa Z70
