Gerät nach zwei Monate im Betrieb Kaputt Deebot X11 OmniCyclone (Neupreis 1.389 €). Das Gerät musste zurück. Gut dass wir noch die Original-Verpackung hatten. Dann kam die Info "Gerät ist nicht reparierbar" und ein paar Tage später kam ein Refurbished Gerät ohne unsere Zustimmung an. Was war kaputt?

5 Best ECOVACS Robot Vacuums for your 2026 Spring Cleaning
I’m going on 9 days of calls and emailing customer support because the deebot X11 omni cyclone mop leaves horrible streaks. They mentioned a different mop brush and that’s what I’ve requested be sent to me to try out. It would be easier for me to pull my own teeth out than get these freaking new mop
