What are your favourite mascaras that don't smuge or flake?
Will second this, ELF Xtndr (or something like that) is the best budget tubing mascara going. No clumps, no smudgesm If you want a longer lasting one, I loved the By Terry Lash Expert Twist mascara.

Does anybody have any cheaper make up hacks/dupes looking to save money
Not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but lipstick doubles up great as blush. Switch to drugstore brands. Elf is brilliant. Their Lash XTNDR mascara is better than any high end one. A brown eyeliner can be used to contour.

They do usually say "tubing" on them, or in the description. However, they tend to not be the ones advertised by the make up brands. Elf XTNDR mascara gave me lashes again (at 67) when i had given up for years. Stays put but then washes off with water. Miracle product. Oh, and it’s inexpensive to boot
