Complaint Against: Eufy (Anker Innovations) Product: Eufy S1 Pro Robotic Mop/Vacuum Purchase Price: ~$1,000

I'm with you 100%. I just sent back my second robo Rock. Curve 2 and Saros 20. Dreame ugh L40, then X40, they sent an x50 as an upgrade and apology since both were broken. The x50 was completely defective, it didn't even fill the vacuum with clean water. Waiting on my S2 to ship.

I need to buy a robot that mops with detergent

I wonder how many consumers just give up trying to decipher the confusing names and features and go elsewhere. I appreciate that there are so many different options but to spend more thinking you covered all the bases only to find out the model you chose is actually missing a feature you thought it

How do Americans keep their large houses and apartments clean? How many hours a week do they spend cleaning?

Mop+vac is not a good idea imo (for the dreame x40 ultra at least). The vacuum port is narrower than the mop pads so it can get messy. I generally do a vacuum run on a high power and an overlapping, tight route then an intensive mop run. This model washes the mop pads intermittently and will sense h

X40 Master Problems w Mop Residue

First, try lowering water level one notch and enabling mop cross-pattern / intensive mopping if available. Counterintuitive, but slower + cross pass evens out distribution so you don’t get patchy edges where water pools and dries. Second, run a manual pad pre-wash before starting the job, even if th

Robotstøvsugere med vask til særbehandede gulve

Samme her.

X60 Max ultra complete vs aqua 10 roller ultra complete

I have a mova z60 which is practically identical to the aqua10. I would pass on these first generation roller mops from Mova/Dreame. Navigation isn't great, mine constantly refuses to clean certain rooms. Battery life is horrible and can't finish 1000sqft on a charge. The robot is quite thick so it

Dreame aqua 10, dirty watertank

That actually does look normal for the Aqua 10. Two things trip people up with this model: It uses very little water by design. Track/roller robots don’t soak the floor. The roller itself holds most of the moisture. The onboard “dirty water tank” is basically an overflow — it only fills when you’re

Is Dreame so bad?

I have NOTHING good to say about dreame. I have an X40 ultra, and the thing cant even put on the mops by itself, let alone do a decent scan of the apartment

Mop isn’t wet enough for hardwood floors

Yeah, that’s not normal — the X40 should leave a visible wet trail on max. Sounds like there’s an air bubble or a weak seal in the water line, so the onboard tank never fills right. Try pushing a bit of water into the clean-water inlet with a syringe or squeeze bottle to purge the air, then run a sh
