Complaint Against: Eufy (Anker Innovations) Product: Eufy S1 Pro Robotic Mop/Vacuum Purchase Price: ~$1,000
I'm with you 100%. I just sent back my second robo Rock. Curve 2 and Saros 20. Dreame ugh L40, then X40, they sent an x50 as an upgrade and apology since both were broken. The x50 was completely defective, it didn't even fill the vacuum with clean water. Waiting on my S2 to ship.

How do Americans keep their large houses and apartments clean? How many hours a week do they spend cleaning?
Mop+vac is not a good idea imo (for the dreame x40 ultra at least). The vacuum port is narrower than the mop pads so it can get messy. I generally do a vacuum run on a high power and an overlapping, tight route then an intensive mop run. This model washes the mop pads intermittently and will sense h

Dreame aqua 10, dirty watertank
There are plenty of models including older Dreame models like the L10S that did a much better job than the Aqua10, X50, X40, MOVA Z60, etc. because they had pre-filter screens that prevented build-up on the main filter. Other flagships like the Eufy S1 Pro and Narwal Freo Z Ultra also keep relativel

Dreame aqua 10, dirty watertank
That actually does look normal for the Aqua 10. Two things trip people up with this model: It uses very little water by design. Track/roller robots don’t soak the floor. The roller itself holds most of the moisture. The onboard “dirty water tank” is basically an overflow — it only fills when you’re

Issue with my X40 Ultra
The loud “growl” you’re hearing is the robot trying to spin the brush under heavy resistance, not the Tri-Cut itself. A few things to check that usually cause exactly this noise: • Clog in the airway behind the brush — small socks, tissue, pet toys, carpet fuzz. Even a partial blockage makes the bru

My Nightmare Experience with Dreame X50 Ultra and Aqua 10 Ultra Roller
If it helps I may be in the same boat. My L40 was garbage, returned and refunded for an x40. Which was also complete trash. Navigation issues, getting stuck on literally nothing. Poor vacuuming and mopping. Dreame just sent me the x50 as a replacement and it's much much worse. Doesn't pull any water

Qrevo Edge S5A vs S8 Max Ultra (not MaxV)
High airflow is a must when it comes to deep carpet cleaning, but airflow alone isn't enough cause you need a better cleaning head and brush design too. Notable example is the Ecovacs Deebot like the T30s, which mostly has higher airflow than similar models from other brands, but the carpet cleaning

This is unacceptable from a $1000 vacuum (Dreame X50 Ultra)
My X40 Ultra hasn’t cleaned one of my bathrooms in a year. It goes inside, looks a round for a while and then goes out. And yes I have the same problem under the cabinets. I don’t think I’ll buy a Dreame ever again.

Do people still use Roombas, or any type of robot vacuums?
I bought a dreame x40 ultra and it gets clogged with dog hair and I only have a two short hair dogs and a wife. I have now got it set to clean a room, then empty and that manages to empty it 8 times out of 10. It meant setting up a schedule for each room which is less than ideal. They also removed t
