Dreame have been great with me so far and are grateful for any feedback, but they are clueless to the problems and if they are getting fixed. My condolences. I gave Dreame a second chance with another Matrix 10 Ultra - the same idiotic behaviour. I now have a roborock Saros 20 and its night and day in terms of intelligence (i think their customer service is as bad though). Return it, move on to someone else.

I had a similar issue with my matrix 10 (dreame) had to remap. Wound up returning it though because it kept forgetting the map.

I have had a similar experience albeit not so bad it seems. My.matrix 10 ultra has no problem with cleaning the kitchen but with my living room it absolutely has no idea what is going on. Seeing this has significantly dropped my confidence in the replacement dreame are offering to send.

Have the Matrix10 Ultra now for 4 days. Everything seems to work fine, except for one thing... Mopping..When it starts mopping (setting = wettest) only the first 10 meter is leaves a wet trail. But then it is getting dryer and dryer until no trail is visible anymore.Detached the pads and let it mop
