L50 Ultra

Doesn’t work with the Dreame L50 unfortunately. Alexa can only do on/off. Lol. My iRobot Roomba 780 lasted 15 years until I eventually replaced it with a L50 Ultra. Only a few battery replacements over the years. I don’t have so high expectations for Dreame. More parts that can break. Hopefully 3-5 years.

My L50 ultra mop drying sound is rather quiet, you do hear it, but it's not much, comparable to ac fan. Try testing it isn't something resonating, like other comment says, different floor, or try putting something underneath base, and test it. If it stays no matter what, I would do warranty stuff. I

Skip the Dreame. I had a friend with that exact model and it stopped working after a month and Dreame said they can only replace it with the L50 Ultra which tells me there’s likely a known defect with the L40 variant. Also the Curv 5A1 appears to have a larger battery and Reactive AI obstacle vs. LD

That’s definitely a European-market Dreame L50 Pro Ultra, not the U.S. L50 Ultra. The EU Pro and U.S. Ultra look almost identical but run on 220–240V and ship with that round Schuko plug, so it won’t safely work on U.S. 110V. If it came from the Dreame store on Amazon but shipped with a Euro plug an
