L50 Pro Ultra and L50 Ultra seem to have different technology. Images are confusing. But I don't own the model. Maybe better check and confirm yourself. My iRobot Roomba 780 lasted 15 years until I eventually replaced it with a L50 Ultra. Only a few battery replacements over the years. I don’t have so high expectations for Dreame. More parts that can break. Hopefully 3-5 years.

I have l50 ultra, and I have hard water too. I use ionised water to fill up the tank, because i don't want to damage the dreame. A lot of very small hole are in there (for example on the pad cleaner in the dock), which i think impossible to clean after a long time.

I have the exactly same issue with my L50 Ultra on fw. version 4.3.9_2759. Currently no fix for it. Tried every troubleshooting step Dreame provided and some of the tips from Reddit. Nothing worked. So you are not alone, but unfortunately I cannot be of more help.
