Anyone actually happy with their robotvacuum?

robot vacuum black friday 2025 deals

Roborock's are generally considered the best for overall reliability, but honestly, none of the robots are really build as a "buy it for life" product. They have many points of failure due to multiple moving parts, consumable batteries, and complex electronics. Plus they are exposed to dust and liqu

I'm looking for a new robot vacuum - recommendations are everywhere but I have one particular requirement I can't find the answer to...

Let me introduce you to the world of Valetudo - https://valetudo.cloud/ The supported devices (I have the Dreame L10s ultra) can be controlled by MQTT commands via HA and the device is completely cloud free. It's a breeze to tell the device to vaccum, vaccum and mop or just mop all directly through

Does anyone have a robot vacuums for the hair

I am a robot vacuum user since 2013 and a golden owner since 2023:) honestly… I can’t imagine life without the robot having that fur all running around . The robot is running every single day - sometimes twice a day. The most important thing is to get a robot with a self cleaning docking station (wh

What’s a small purchase that dramatically improved your life?

We splurged, spent $260 on a refurbished Dreame L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop unit. Has a base station, fills its water and detergent from there and saturates the rotary mop pads, then you can program when and where you want it to run, how many times you want it to go over a room, what level of su

What’s the one thing in your home that gets dirty the fastest? 😅

Friend, get a robot vacuum/mop combo! Absolutely positively worth it. We had a cheap robot vacuum for a few years and it did alright, but not great, would miss swaths and ping-pong off stuff. A couple weeks ago we splurged and bought a Dreame L10S Ultra robo mop/vac with a base station. It self-empt

Robot vacuums with mops

I have a Dreame L10s Ultra. Have had it a couple of years now. Does a good job of cleaning, easy to maintain. The app is a little janky and a bit frustrating to set-up different zones but once you get that done its straight forward to use and set schedules.

Anyone actually happy with their robotvacuum?

Dreame l10s Ultra Gen 2 here for over a year. Really happy with it. Vacuums everyday (early morning in silent mode), mops several times per week via schedules. Can’t imagine a house without it anymore to be honest.

Effectiveness of a robot vacuum

I got an older Dreame L10s Ultra refurbished for like $200 or $250 a year ago and it works super well. It has lidar and a camera for object avoidance so it's rare that I find it stuck anywhere. Plus it let's you set no-go zones on the map it generates of your floor, will raise the mop pads for rugs
