Osmo Action 4

Its a DJI Osmo Action 4 set on 2.7k at 60fps, got it mid summer and absolutely love the quality

I haven’t used it, but the DJI Osmo Action 4 looks like it’s available for around $200 USD and checks all the boxes. That’s probably as inexpensive as you can get and still get good image quality and effective stabilization.

If you're worried about the heat, definitely go with the DJI Osmo Action 4 or 5.
