Head strap mount. If you want, another cam on rail facing you. Cams: DJI Osmo Action 5 pro or Insta360 Ace 2 pro. Never in my life would I suggest a GoPro to anyone anymore. DJI Osmo Action (4? 5?k) if you really want to get a separate camera but the phone records in high enough quality with enough frame rate not to need a separate camera.
