It was a loaded dell XPS 15. I definitely would have chosen something different if I had more options. It’s been a few years with a new TurboTax account, so I’ve gotten over not having my tax history. All in all though, I wouldn’t do it again.

no, I was using dell xps 15..... replaced it with macbook pro 14... and wow what a difference it makes. keyboard dan layar memang oke banget dell, tapi battery life alamak najisnya. performa di battery drop bgt vs ac power... macbook 11-12 aja.

It’s old. It’s a dell XPS 15, so it wasn’t the best laptop to begin with.

I mainly sold my dell xps 15 a few years ago just for that problem. Spent 2K on it, i would just open my browser and voila, my pc would turn into a airplane jet engine

I’ve had 2 Dell XPS 15’s and I’m never getting a Dell after this one comes to the end. Most problems I’ve ever had with computer. Theres some wacky thermal throttling thing going that I eventually got fixed by disabling one core from bioss.

I would stay with a Windows laptop if you are studying IT networking. It will be less stressful. I would go with a Dell XPS 15.

I just traded my 2020 Dell XPS 9500 for a 2020 M1 MacBook Pro last year and it's probably the best laptop I've ever owned. I'll probably get another 5 years out of this thing before I can be bothered to upgrade again.

you can check out this list-i bookmarked it for myself, kinda helps narrow things down when you’re drowning in options. for what you want though, you’re basically looking at the higher-end creator laptops or the gaming/creator hybrids. check out stuff like: lenovo thinkpad e16 / slim series: good fo

i’d look at a high-end business laptop. they’re not flashy but they’re built to take abuse, have great keyboards, and you can actually get parts/battery replacements years later. think something like a Lenovo thinkpad X1 Carbon or a Dell Xps 15/Plus if you want more power for engineering/creative st

You’re responding under half the comments in this thread man. It smells a bit of desperation to convince everyone Windows is great. The reality is, and I say this as someone who has built and daily drives a very nice custom gaming PC (5070 Ti, Ryzen 7 7950X, 32GB RAM), also owns an M3 Max, and previ
