Dell Pro 16 Plus— we dis determine that we could log into zoom and start a meeting and THEN connect to the vpn no problem. Just can’t do it the other way around— logging into vpn and then trying to turn zoom camera on freezes it.

Dell Pro 16 Plus bricked due to "unavailable" parts. It's less than a year old. What state are you in? Check your lemon law. In California not having parts available is a violation of the law.

We have had similar issues with the Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250. What has worked for our SDM is to uninstall DellSupportAssist. Needed to stop the service first. According to Neowin, this happened December 2024 and the fix was to run a hardware scan with DellSupportAssist. Going to explore further tomo
