This is strange issue. Because with OpenSUSE I can't get pass this even start to install. There is some hardware incopatibility or bootable media issue. This is same with Dell Precision 5550 and 5570.

Hey My dell precision 5550 seems to have one issue when I press the power butten it tries to shut down but it dose not properly shut down nor smoothly the screen is off but the keyboard lights up fans move unless i hold th ebutton every time it wont shut off can somone help me?

I have 15.6" laptop Dell Precision 5550 and as it has thin bezels it looks like 16" laptop. But yes if I have to take laptop somewere with me than I prefer 14".
