Dell 16 plus big disappointment
I see them, business grade, all the time since I switched to IT career. Far better build quality most years. Only the Dell Latitude 7420 had an issue with RAM too powerful for the motherboard. Dell Latitude 7430 to Dell Pro Plus has had no issues for those in finance/accounting/data analysis fields.

Unwanted 365 apps still being installed in install xml despite being excluded in config
I'm having the exact same issue with Surface Laptop 7's. We also have Dell Latitude 7430's that do not have this issue! My XML excludes Access & Publisher. We push this out through intune and autopilot. The laptop at first is given the correct office version, language and no access or publisher. We
