i've been following the tandem oled reports too. gray banding seems real on some units but not all - panel lottery basically. if you don't want to gamble i'd look at the Alienware AW3225QF instead because dell's qc is tighter on first gen oleds. also the LG 32GS95UE uses a different woled panel with

Suggestions for a 32" 4k curved monitor non-oled
So far the Alienware AW3225QF has been it. Have yet to find anything in a different display but im still looking before I pull the trigger. Dell does cover burn ins in their warranty so that puts some ease if I do get it.
