Something you bought that was really worth it/can’t live without?

Similarly the DeLonghi LaSpecialista. Bought for €730 - or €2 a day for a year if you want to think of it like that. If you're spending even €4 a day on one coffee, it'll have paid for itself within a year. Coffee beans aren't expensive per serving. I now actually look forward to having my coffee at

Coffee at home

I bought a De'Longhi La Specialista Arte in 2019 for $500. Never had an issue, has a great grinder and everything you need and simple to use

Gift not as expected.

I have a Moccamaster and a Baratza Encore, it’s been my go to set up (when I’m not doing pour over) for almost 10 years. That’s an amazing gift and any normal person would be incredibly grateful for that. Just get him an Amazon gift card and tell him to figure it out himself then. You tried, you did

Whats your personal BIFL Espresso Machine?

DeLonghi LaSpecialista. I've had min3 for close to 5 years, and it feels like it's still brand new. I love the built-in tamper and grinder, and I love how easy it is to make great drinks with it. If you're really into making a great espresso shot, you can buy replacement portafilters to replace the

Koji kafe aparat izabrati?

Imam doma Gaggia Classic E24, apsolutni best buy u tom rangu ako tražiš klasični poluautomatski espresso aparat. Ozbiljna mašina koja se može servisirati, puno je tutoriala i rezervnih dijelova, i ako se dobro održava trajat će desetljećima. Ali uz njega treba dobar mlinac, ja imam Eureka Mignon Spe

Thoughts on DeLonghi La Specialista Touch [$1000]

the barista pro is not as easy to find these days outside of online ordering but a fantastic machine if you can find one. I have a barista express and acquired a la specialista arte Evo in January which is the equivalent machine in De'Longhi's lineup and after two weeks of testing them side by side

Switching from Super-Automatic to Semi-Auto: Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro vs. Sage/Breville vs. De'Longhi? [no Budget]

Semi‑autos will always be slower for 4–5 drinks compared to a super‑auto. You can get a decent Caffè Crema, but grind will still matter, and an Americano is easier. The Ninja is versatile but not great as a dedicated espresso machine. Sage/Breville is a good beginner choice, and De’Longhi like the L
