Oracle Jet - 1.5 month update
I’m new also, few days. Agree it’s a bit of Maintanace in cleaning group head and tamper (same time as JURA). Also agree the microphone could be better. Why is Breville support so bad?
I ended up with DeLonghi Eletta Explore. Simpler, easier, a lot more reliable, one at home (replacing the Oracle Touch) and two in the office. The ones at work haven’t missed a beat through heavy use, about 2 kg a week.

Best superautomatic espresso machine that actually lasts?
Our DeLonghi Eletta Explore is less than 2 years old (and wonderful), but our previous DeLonghi was 10 years old and still working fine when we gave it away.
