Dali Kupids are low impedance, low sensitivity speakers so they definitely need a lot of power to drive them comfortably. Personally I would go for less demanding speakers to go with a sub-£200 amp, like e.g. the Aiyima A80.

Pretty sure that a cheap Fosi Audio V3 (ASR review) with 48V/5A power supply (2x160W @ 4Ω) would work fine with DALI Kupid (83dB/2.83V/1m, 4Ω nominal, recommend power 40W-120W).
