Anyone ever have trouble with controller disconnect?
The only solution I found was to buy an aftermarket controller. Went with CRKD nitro deck and problem is gone.

Should I buy Switch 1 OLED or Switch 2?

What do you think are some of the best split pad controllers for the switch 1 out there?
MobaPad M6HD or CRKD NitroDeck+ (both sticks up top : ), can connect to a TV without a dock). What features are important to you? I like the four back paddles on the pro-style GuliKit KK3 Max, but didn't like EasySMX's implementation. I prefer the M6HDs.

Trading my OLED for switch lite.
Why not just put the OLED into a Nitro Deck? Then its the same as a Lite, only better. I have both. Don’t get rid of. Either get one of these CRKD Nitro Deck - Professional... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CSG4WPDL?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share or just get a Lite off Craigslist and mod it for travel play.

any mod that allows joycons to be used connected while docked?
UPDATE #2: I received my Nitro Deck + with HMDI dongle today and it works exactly as I expected: the Switch is docked into the ND+, Pro Controllers is enabled in settings, a USB C cable is connected to the input on the Nitro Deck + and either the USB C to HDMI dongle OR a USB C to HDMI cable connect

Price for a pretty rough Switch
I’ve bought a couple used docks on eBay before w no cords, and still paid around $35 for them. If you have a screen protector installed on the tablet so it’s not scratched up for the buyer, I’d think at least $60 for it.
