HELP! Lost the tube between the nozzle and the extruder!

Calibration issue?
My K2 SE just did this last night. It was a fresh start after a completed print. After performing the prerequisite successful auto level pre check when printing started the nozzle dove into the build plate. Waiting for Creality's response.
