Creality just need to give us root access because they don't what they are doing with the cfs-c and their customer service don't even know that the cfs-c is compatible with all k1 as long they have the the unicorn nozzle print head.

I have some suggestions - First check the PTFE tube at the back of the printer where it comes from the filament run out sensor to the chain carrier. Two of my K1C printers had the PTFE tube pinched in that area causing the filament to pull very hard. Simple test, remove the filament from the extrude
