What one did you get? Edit: nevermind see the other comment "coway airmega 100" That's the one I have, was a top new York times recommended one. I recently changed the filter after ignoring it since I bought it. Good Lord did it remove a ton from my air. I need to check the filter way more often Edi

You barely see Dyson recommended because they are overpriced and underperform, honestly. You are paying for the brand, not function. For a small bedroom like you are describing, you could go with the Levoit Vital 200 or Coway Airmega 200m or airmega ap-1512hh. A step up from those with a better buil

The Coway Airmega 200M is great. Fairly quiet at the lowest two speeds, priced decently including replacement filters, and not a lot of lights. If you want to be extra safe, you can also look up “light dims” and buy some. They are stickers that generally cut 50% of the brightness when you stick them

Per the AHAM 2/3 rule, a 100 sq. ft. office with an 8 ft. ceiling needs minimum CADRs of 67 CFM. If you experience wildfire smoke conditions, the Smoke CADR needs to equal the room's area, so a Smoke CADR of at least 100 CFM. Unfortunately most brands only list CADRs for the highest airflow speed/se

I have a Coway airmega 200M that seems to do a good job alongside a MERV13 furnace filter. The Coway Airmega AP-1512HH Mighty is the essentially the same machine with a different faceplate (and takes the same filers), so go with whichever’s cheaper. More rigorous testing and other options: https://w

Tested a bunch of air purifiers and the Coway Airmega 200M has been the best bang for the buck for my allergies. After ~3 months in our living room, I noticed fewer sniffles and less lingering cooking or pet smell. It’s not pretty and replacement filters aren’t cheap, but auto mode plus strong HEPA

I’ve been using the Coway Airmega 200M in my flat for about a year now. It has three filters, one permanent pre-filter you can wash (they don’t sell replacements for that), a HEPA filter for dust and dander, and a charcoal filter that handles smells. It’s supposed to cover around 360 sq ft, but when

I'm also using a Coway Airmega 200m, I'm in a small apartment that has no cooking exhaust, so I keep mine between my kitchen and living room. It has a particulent sensor that works pretty well, when I'm cooking it kicks into high gear which is a bit loud, but it really only does that while I'm cooki

How long does it stay? That depends on a lot of factors. For filament types like standard PLA and PET-G, you'll be more or less fine being in the same room for the duration of the print as long as you run an air purifier near it (I use a Coway Airmega 200M). Some filament like ASA and ABS are a bit
